Welcome to Peri. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Peri mobile application provided by Asariko ("we", "our", or "us").

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country of residence) to use Peri. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Peri, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is stored locally on your device only.

Use of the App

Peri is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You may not:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app except where permitted by law
• attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code except where allowed by law
• use the app in a way that interferes with its normal operation or security

Health Disclaimer

Peri is designed for personal wellness, cycle tracking, logging, and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Predictions, reminders, and cycle insights are estimates only and may not be accurate for every user. Cycle tracking and predictions should not be used as a method of contraception or for medical diagnosis. You should not rely on the app as a substitute for professional medical advice or healthcare guidance. If you have questions about your health, cycle, fertility, pregnancy, or symptoms, please consult a qualified medical professional.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features of Peri may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. If you purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the terms and policies of the relevant platform. We may use third-party subscription infrastructure, such as RevenueCat, to manage entitlement status and subscription access across platforms. Prices, trial availability, subscription options, and premium features may change over time.

Intellectual Property

Peri, including its design, branding, text, graphics, software, and related content, is owned by Asariko or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, branding, or app content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Peri at any time, with or without notice. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Peri is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

• the app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• the app will always produce accurate predictions or reminders
• the app will meet all of your expectations or needs

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asariko and its affiliates, owners, operators, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Peri. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of use, loss of business, loss of profits, or reliance on cycle predictions, reminders, or wellness information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app or related services if required by law, to protect users, or if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Peri after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws where Asariko operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
